In KERALA, we operate in Trivandrum, Kollam, Kottayam, Alleppey, Kochi, Thrissur, Kozhikode and Kannur. In KARNATAKA, we operate in Mangalore, Mysore and Bangalore. In TELANGANA we operate in Hyderabad. In TAMILNADU, we operate in Tirupur, Coimbatore and Chennai.
What are your delivery hours?
7am to 10pm
What are the items that you don’t deliver?
We deliver all kinds of goods excluding banned substances, cigarettes, and Liquor.

Orders can be cancelled before pick up.

How long do you take to deliver my order?
Its depends on the distance and type of product.
Can I track my order on QWQER?
Yes we offer tracking facility of orders within our app.
Can I edit my details after placing the order?
Yes. Orders can be edited before pick up.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value.
What if I do not receive my order on time?
We do our best to deliver all orders on time. If there is any delay our customer service team will keep you informed with a valid reason for a delay in delivery.
Can I order delivery by 3-wheeler and 4-wheeler?
We deliver only in 2 wheeler for individuals. For business deliveries please contact our support team.

Do you charge for delivery?
Yes. We charge for delivery depending on the product, weight and distance.
How can I resolve a payment/refund/coupon related issue?
You can contact our customer service and they will resolve any delivery or payment related issues.

Online payment methods such as net banking, credit card, debit card etc. are available. And offline method of payment is Cash on Pick up.
