Why should I join QWQER as a Delivery Partner?
You are guaranteed an attractive payout. You will receive your payments on a weekly basis. You will be covered under our accident insurance policy.
How can I become a QWQER Delivery Partner?
If you are above 18 years of age, you can download the QWQER Partner App from the play store and register in the app. Our partner support team will call you and align you to an attractive payout.
Does it cost anything to become a partner for QWQER?
You have to pay a deposit for the bag when joining.
What type of vehicle do I need?
You can use a 2-wheeler , 3-wheeler, or 4-wheeler and must have a valid driving license.
What are the documents that will be required?
Driving license, Pan Card, Aadhar card, Vehicle Insurance.
When do I start delivering orders?
Once your registration is approved and your KYC is completed you can visit our office to collect the joining kit and get started immediately.
What are the login hours?
Currently, our log-in hours are from 7 am to 10 pm.
Can I service in my preferred location?
You can serve in your preferred location but you may be moved to another location if there are fewer orders in your location and a surge in orders in other locations.
Can I reject orders?
You cannot reject orders.
What are the terms and conditions for payment?
The pay out cycle will be from Monday to Sunday. Payment will be settled every Friday.
Is uniform compulsory?
Yes, wearing our T-shirt and Bag is compulsory.
What if I face a delivery issue?
You can call our customer support team and they will assist you.
Will training be provided?
Yes, we will provide you specific training depending on the kind of customer you will be delivering.
How will I receive my payment?
Your payment will be sent to your bank account.
