Sales Executive (Express)

Job Description

  • Create new business independently by identifying and acquiring new large corporate and SME customers directly.
  • Develop business plans and onboard merchants in grocery, fish and meat, food industries, etc.
  • Manage relationships with existing accounts to drive increased monthly sales.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to set up delivery channels for Key Accounts.
  • Generate leads through various sources.
  • Manage agreements, renewals, and price revisions with existing and new customers.
  • Interface with senior management to provide customer feedback and market intelligence.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain trust by addressing issues promptly.
  • Escalate and resolve client-raised issues effectively.
  • Engage and retain clients through regular visits, immediate escalation facilitation, and value delivery.
  • Responsible for revenue generation in the given territory.

Job Specifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in FMCG/E-commerce/Retail/Logistics/Internet/Consumer Durables.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Goal-oriented and organized team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics to derive better solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with an innovative mindset.
  • Capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
