Create new Business independently by identify and acquire new large corporate customers directly for their 1st/mid/last mile surface transportation needs.
Develop B2B Business plans, long-term objectives and Sales pipeline.
Identify, Manage & Work with the Vendors and Operations team to set up an effective supply network to honour the services committed to Key Accounts.
Lead generation through various sources.
Solely responsible for account receivables within the agreed credit period to have a seamless cash flow.
Responsible for negotiation of all agreements, renewals and price revisions with existing & new customers as well as vendors.
Interface with senior management to provide the customer feedback and market intelligence based on interactions with the Customer.
Engage & retain clients with immediate escalation facilitation, regular visits & value delivery.
Responsible for revenue growth across company’s product offerings in the given territory
Required Skills:
7 to 10 years of experience in sales & Business Development in Logistics /Surface transportation Industry along with vendor management.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Self-motivated eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories.
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
Able to analyse data and sales statistics & translate results to better solutions.
Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, ability to think out of the box.
